Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all services provided by NxtDaddy.com. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice or refund.
4.1 Permitted Uses
- Hosting personal, business, and e-commerce websites
- Sending legitimate transactional and permission-based marketing emails
- Running legally compliant web applications and APIs
- Using server resources within allocated plan limits
4.2 Strictly Prohibited Content & Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the NxtDaddy.com platform:
- Illegal Content: Content that violates Indian law, including IT Act, IPC, POCSO, UAPA
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Zero tolerance; immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement
- Malware / Hacking Tools: Hosting, distributing, or using tools designed to compromise systems
- Spam / Phishing: Sending unsolicited bulk communications or hosting phishing sites
- Intellectual Property Violation: Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Hate Speech: Content promoting violence, discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, race, or ethnicity
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Using server resources for mining any digital currency
- Resource Abuse: Processes that consume excessive CPU/RAM affecting shared environment stability
- DDoS Attacks: Initiating or participating in distributed denial of service attacks
- Fraudulent Activities: Online fraud, identity theft, money mule schemes
4.3 Resource Usage Limits
- Shared hosting accounts must not use more than 25% of server CPU for sustained periods
- Inodes: Maximum as specified in plan (typically 100,000–250,000)
- Database connections: Maximum 25 simultaneous connections per shared account
- Cron jobs: Maximum 1 per minute per shared account
4.4 Email Usage Rules
- Maximum 500 emails/hour on shared plans unless upgraded
- All bulk email must include an unsubscribe mechanism
- You must maintain a suppression list and honor opt-outs within 10 business days
- Purchased email lists are prohibited
4.5 Enforcement
NxtDaddy.com reserves the right to investigate potential AUP violations. We may remove content, suspend services, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose information as required by law.
4.6 Reporting Violations
To report AUP violations, abuse, or illegal content hosted on our platform, please email: abuse@nxtdaddy.com with subject "Abuse Report".
