Domain Registration Agreement
This Domain Registration Agreement ("DRA") governs all domain registration, renewal, transfer, and management services offered by NxtDaddy.com. By completing a domain registration, you agree to this DRA and ICANN's Registrant Rights & Responsibilities.
5.1 Registrant Responsibilities
- You represent that you are the rightful registrant and have the right to register the domain
- You agree to provide accurate WHOIS contact information and keep it updated
- You agree to comply with ICANN's policies, registry policies, and applicable laws
- You understand that providing false WHOIS information may result in domain suspension
5.2 Domain Ownership & Transfer
- Domain names are registered in your name; NxtDaddy.com acts as your authorized registrar agent
- Domain transfers away from NxtDaddy.com require a valid EPP/Auth code and are subject to a 60-day lock post-registration
- We do not facilitate transfers for domains subject to legal disputes
5.3 Domain Expiry & Redemption
- Domains not renewed by expiry date enter a 30-day Grace Period — renewals at standard price
- After Grace Period, domains enter a 30-day Redemption Period — restoration fee of INR 3,500–7,500 applies
- After Redemption Period, domains are released for public registration
- NxtDaddy.com is not responsible for third-party acquisition of your expired domain
5.4 WHOIS Privacy Protection
- WHOIS privacy masks your personal contact details in public WHOIS records
- Legal requests, UDRP proceedings, or ICANN requirements may override privacy protection
- WHOIS privacy is a paid add-on service and is non-refundable
5.5 Dispute Resolution (UDRP)
Domain disputes are governed by ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). NxtDaddy.com will comply with all UDRP decisions. In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to place a registrar-lock on the domain pending resolution.
5.6 IDN & Internationalized Domains
Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs) are supported for applicable TLDs. Users are responsible for ensuring IDN registrations do not infringe on trademark rights. Homograph attacks using IDNs violate our AUP.
