Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all services offered by NxtDaddy.com. By purchasing any service, you agree to this policy. All refund requests are processed in INR.
3.1 Domain Registration — No Refund Policy
Domain name registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances once the domain has been registered with the respective registry. This is because:
- Registry fees are immediately transferred to ICANN-accredited registries upon successful registration
- The domain is instantaneously reserved in your name across the global DNS system
- Registry operators do not provide refunds to registrars

3.2 Web Hosting — Refund Schedule

3.3 Website Builder — Refund Policy
- Monthly plans: Eligible for refund within 7 days of first subscription only
- Annual plans: Eligible for pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase
- Refund is not applicable if you have published a live website or used premium templates/add-ons
- Promotional/discounted plans are non-refundable
3.4 Digital Marketing Services
- One-time project fees: 50% refund if work not commenced within 7 days of payment
- Monthly retainer: Cancellation with 30-day written notice; no refund for current month
- Ad spend (Google/Meta/etc.): Non-refundable; amounts spent on ad platforms cannot be recovered
- Strategy, audit, and consulting fees: Non-refundable once delivered
3.5 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
- Bank transfer charges (if any) are borne by the customer
- GST once collected is non-refundable as per GST law
3.6 Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees
- WHOIS privacy protection fees
- Setup/installation fees
- Services consumed in full or in part
- Services cancelled after the refund window
- Accounts terminated for TOS violation
3.7 How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@nxtdaddy.com with subject line "Refund Request – [Order ID]" within the applicable refund window. Include your registered email, order ID, reason for refund request, and any supporting documentation.
